Geneticist George Fitsialos, in a telephone conversation with the show, said he had found a second “orphan” DNA, this time in Dora Zeberi’s jacket.
“At first we found the genetic material of a man in the nails of the victim, which testified that there had been a fight between them. The research then revealed the existence of a second different DNA from another man. This item was not found at random place, but in the inside pocket of her jacket meaning that this person tried to rob Dora. These findings show that there were two more people at the site, “said Fitsialos.
Then spoke the legal representative of the mother and thesiblings of the unfortunate tax collector, Gianna Panagopoulou.
“The findings of the Forensic and the family’s technical adviser, is undoubtedly important. The Investigator asked for further investigations to see if they were identified with someone labeled. It is premature to draw any conclusion. Dora’s family has confidence in Greek justice that studies the findings, “she said.
Angeliki Nikolouli insisted that research must be continued and answers should be given for the two “orphaned” DNA, in order to avoid shadowing this terrible murder, and even in such a sensitive area as the cemetery.
