What she saw during the day when the teacher Nikos Mentzos was murdered, revealed at the Show and at Agrinio’s prosecutor.
Following this development, the prosecution for homicide against unidentified intent existed, was impersoned to two persons.
The two persons are Nikos’s friend and one of her relatives. The two accused asked for some days in order to apologize in the week. But, finally their apology will be held on April 19th, because they wanted time to find “the elements that would prove their innocence.”
The witness had revealed that during the time that the car of the teacher was burning, the cars of these two persons and the motorcycle of another person were in a nearby point. Some of them even watched fire without doing something.
This testimony and other items that were in evidence, assessed by the investigator who personified the prosecution against these two persons.
The witness had seen the family member of the victim’s friend to dig in the garden on the day of the murder. The research conducted by the investigating judge instructed by the municipality officials did not find anything usable.
