In the morning of Wednesday, March 28, Barbara Theodoraki, in the Court of Appeal of Athens, testified as a witness.
She said that when Marios car was found, the police initially checked it only for fingerprints.
“When Nikolouli and Fitsialos came and found my kid’s blood in the car, then the forensic took it to checked it again,” she said.
In related questions, the witness replied that the sons of the mastermind assured her that their father was a CIA agent!
In a television show, the mastermind had claimed that the witness had kept her son’s blood in bottles in her house and gave it to Nikolouli to throw them in Marios’s car!
When Mr. Roussopoulos asked her about this, the mother of Marios collapsed and started shouting: “Murderers! Murderers! Tell me where my child is! … “.
So far, the Court has not responded to the lawyers of the mastermind’s wife request to waive the right to appeal. The rationale was that in a little while she could be released taking advantage of Paraskevopoulos law. However, neither the accused nor her lawyer appeared in the room. Only the mastermind and three other defendants were in the dock.
The trial will continue on Friday April 27 with questions to the mother.
