On Friday, December 9, a professional from the region of Chalastra, said that shortly before Dimitris Graikos disappeared a person who has had contact with the slaughterhouses was robbed.
That person left the slaughterhouses to return home, he did not notice that the robbers were following they ambushed him and took a significant amount of money.
Probably the perpetrators belong to a circuit that is aware that at the slaughterhouses are conducting financial transactions with meat traders, just as the 59 year old man had, before disappearing.
New witness on the day of the disappearance was at the slaughterhouses, said that Graikos must had left the premises at about 4:30 in the afternoon.
It is worth noting that that morning of November 3, the slaughterhouses did not start to work at seven in the morning as usual, but at nine due to a power outage in the area.
Perhaps then the watches were disconnect and it is not exactly clarified the time the missing man left from there.
As the witness contended, that day the missing took from the slaughterhouses forty kilos of meat, unlike the previous week that he had taken just one kilogram.
The meat was inside white sacks which were not found in the area, nor were seen in the automotive truck which the security camera recorded. The guard who had shift then insists that he did no see the sacks with the meat in Graikos car.
These testimonies will be screened and used appropriately by the authorities.
The businessman Dimitris Graikos 59 year old, disappeared mysteriously in the afternoon Thursday, November 3rd from the slaughterhouses of Halastra, with his car a TOYOTA HILUX with registration number NAY 1252.
