The activation of the National Line sos 1065 has sensitized many Greek citizens, who are willing to help voluntarily the elderly.
28 of them were found alive, while 19 were found unfortunately dead. These data derive from the annual report of Non Profit Organization Life Line (ΓΡΑΜΜΗ ΖΩΗΣ) that the beneficial Silver Alert set in motion this year in Greece. Aggeliki Nikolouli has been aid giver to this effort right from the first days of April 2011 and has spread the message of voluntary involvement.
