The researches of ‘Tunnel’ about the university student of Crete

This is where 21 year-old Angeliki Stavroulaki, student of nursing school in Heraklio, left her last traces. The car keys were left on the engine of the family’s car. Her bag with all personal belongings was next to the driver’s seat. The windows were half- open. Witnesses who knew her and ‘Tunnel’ spotted, described how she was that day, on February 18th of 2010. She was at Petre bridge, not wearing her glasses, her hair was loose and she was wearing sneakers, jeans and a light colored T-shirt. Relatives, witnesses and her boyfriend talked in detail. Angeliki was lately suffering from severe psychological problems and she was intensely thinking of self- destruction just before her engagement with the young man she had chosen to live with. Some evidence that was found in her room was examined but didn’t bring any results. Policemen, special forces, volunteers, Prosecutor, the Church of Greece, a drunk priest who had visions with her, an invasion at a monastery in the middle of the night and the kidnapping of a suspect, according to the family, professor are the parts of the puzzle of that strange case. Despite the organized researches, Angeliki was found nowhere, neither among the alive or the dead. Her family wishes to find her and take courage from her sweet smile.
