The clients and friends of Telemachos Kakoulidis, who visited that fateful night that he lost his life, are being prosecuted for two crimes.
The Public Prosecutor of Neapolis, Lassithi, ruled prosecution for the compromise to death and drug trafficking accusation that led to the death of the 44-year-old man. The prosecution was jointly of a father and son who met at home with the unfortunate accountant that night in November.
The cause of death of the accountant is morphine poisoning. The perpetrators left him alive on the side of a road near their neighborhood and he died helpless.
Defendants have been summoned to appear before an investigator to apologize.
The lawyer of the family, Gianna Panagopoulou, in a live connection with the show, also spoke about the clues of the perpetrators who were found in the victim.
“The family, which has fought hard to find out the truth about her child’s death, believes that the time of crisis is approaching for those involved,” she said.
“Tunnel” located one of the two suspects and talked to him about that fateful night.
The client and friend, who last saw the unfortunate Telemachos Kakoulidis, spoke to “Tunnel” about what happened that fateful night.
“He was calling me first, when I was going to the cafe. My father was with him and I told him to come home at night. Then I was calling him because he was late, but he was not coming and it was getting late, I fell asleep. We owed him money for some tax returns he made for us, but we had a friendly relationship and he wouldn’t ask for it. That night he asked my father for some money, but he did not give it to him and told him to leave. Then I don’t know what he did and he was found dead,” he said.
The “key”- witness, whom the parents consider responsible for the loss of their child, gives his own version of the case.
“I have not hurt anyone. I am waiting for the Prosecutor to call me; I can no longer live with this anxiety. I want all of this to leave from me, I can’t take it anymore. The fact that the taxi driver left him outside my house does not mean anything,” he said.
Answering Angeliki Nikolouli’s questions about the blood found in the yard of his house, but also about his involvement in the whole story, the witness said:
“There was blood, but it was from a hare that I had hit with the car a few days before and that will be proven. If I had killed him, wouldn’t I have wiped the blood? Wouldn’t I have planned to take him somewhere far away? Would I leave him two blocks away from my house? Nothing had happened, it was a bad moment.”
