She is 50-year-old Angeliki Kyverioti, who disappeared in October 2022 from her relative’s house in the area of Agios Panteleimon.
Angeliki was a linguist, having studied in Greece and England and lately she preferred to volunteer to help her fellow sufferers in drug addiction centers. Her colleagues describe her as sensitive, sweet and calm. As they reported on the show, Angeliki was negatively affected when she was not hired by the structure she was helping, during an appointment period.
She had also lost her partner to a terminal illness, which had hurt her.
Her disappearance has plunged her relatives into agony, who fear the worst for her fate.
Her sister Georgia was on the set of the show and appealed to anyone who knows anything about Angeliki to contact “Tunnel”.
Sister: She volunteered to help those in need…
“She had a great sensitivity to these suffering people and was very involved through her work to be able to understand them and help them. She was very aware in this area,” Georgia said.
After the disappearance, an unknown man contacted her sister and informed her that he saw her in distress.
“A gentleman called me on the phone and told me that Angeliki went to his house in Galatsi because she had known him for a long time. She asked him for some help. He was surprised to see her so anxious and thought fit to inform me. I didn’t know him.”
The family’s anxiety has reached a fever pitch.
“It worries me that it hasn’t been seen for so long and I really wonder where and how a woman could survive. If anyone knows or has heard anything, or has the slightest suspicion of having seen her, to report it so she can be found. That’s why we’re here. We are looking for her.”
“We want her to be well….”
Angeliki Kyveriotis’ mother climbs her own Golgotha, as do her two sisters. Angeliki has a special bond with her mother and her absence has shaken her.
“We don’t know what might have happened. We are constantly worried about her,” says her sister, Georgia.
“I want him to be well. At the first opportunity to contact us. We are waiting for her to come, to see her. We are very worried, says her sister excitedly.
The missing scientist is 1.72 tall, very thin with black eyes and long black hair.
She was last seen wearing a pink cap, jeans and jacket, pink sneakers, and black sunglasses.
