This was decided by the Messolongi Joint Circuit Court for the widow of the teacher from Agrinio, Nikos Mentzou.
According to the unanimous ruling, the court also lifted the restrictive conditions imposed on her.
It is noteworthy that the Court did not adopt the Prosecutor’s motion seeking a conviction for the unfortunate 46-year-old man’s murder.
The woman’s relatives gladly accepted the Court’s ruling while Mentzu’s killer remains unknown.
Since the beginning of the case, Tunnel has treated it discreetly. She did not mention the widow as a defendant and did not show the interview she had previously given to Aggeliki, which was done by others.
