The trial continued with the presentation of documents by the lawyer and the civil suit and the examination of three defense witnesses of the accused.
This was followed by the apology of the “friend” of the unfortunate old man accused of his murder.
The contradictions in relation to the circumstances under which the events unfolded were special.
He denied the accusation and claimed that the death of Michalis Sariklis was the result of an accident, when during their fight, he fell and hit the bumper of his car.
The trial was adjourned and will continue on Thursday, November 26, with the speeches of the lawyers, the proposal of the Prosecutor and possibly the decision of the court.
