The Florina Public Prosecutor, following the revelations of the “Tunnel”, ordered the case to be removed from the Archive where it had entered and forwarded to the Florina Police Department for further investigation.
The decision was also contributed by the report of a traffic accident expert and technical adviser of the family Panagiotis Madias, who carried out an autopsy on the spot where 50-year-old unfortunate Sakis Sigaris was found dead.
The “Tunnel” on Friday December 20th was live via link with Amyntaio in Florina.
The family’s lawyer Fotis Babanis, who earlier in the day met with the Florina Public Prosecutor, relayed all developments following the family’s suicide lawsuit against strangers. The questions raised by the Competent Authorities are now seeking answers to the new investigation cycle that opens.
“We will speak in a more specific way in our memo, with new evidence indicating the names of suspects and witnesses,” the lawyer said.
The victim’s wife, Anna Apostolidou, determined to get the answers she has been asking for all this time, talked about the struggle the whole family is undergoing.
Veteran soccer players, friends of the unfortunate Sigaris who are also seeking the truth about his death, spoke at the show.
