“Punish those to blame…”

The case of the accountant from Sitia who brought the “Tunnel” to light was passed to the investigator’s offices.

A father and son, who are accused of two crimes for the death of 44-year-old Telemachos Kakoulidis, asked for and received a deadline to testify on Monday, May 25th.

The charges against them are putting a life at risk and the son is also charged with drug trafficking that led to the unfortunate Telemachos’ death.

The tragic parents also appeared at the Lassithi Neapolis Investigator. Their lawyer, Gianna Panagopoulou, who accompanied them, said a civil lawsuit was filed in support of the charges.

“We are waiting for justice to be delivered for the death of our child…”

The parents of the unfortunate accountant spoke to the camera of “Tunnel” from the Courthouse of Neapolis, where they declared a show of civil action.

“Today is a very important day for us. We are waiting for justice to be delivered to justify the soul of our son. Our child could still be alive,” says his mother.

His parents thanked Angeliki Nikolouli and her associates for the investigations that brought the case to light and the proceedings were initiated immediately.

Telemachos Kakoulidis was found dead at 05:30 on the morning of Thursday, November 21, 2019, at the junction of Stefanou Xanthoudidou and Doriti Spyridaki streets in Sitia.

There, the perpetrators abandoned him and he died helpless. The cause of death is morphine poisoning.
