The swamp revealed its secrets. The research that the show organized inAnatoliko region had an effect.
Volunteers of the OFKATH pulled from the bottom a dark man’s t-shirt with holes, which at first glance is not easy to appreciate from what they came from. This finding was delivered to Greek Police Criminological Laboratories for further analysis.
At the same spot another car-related item was detected and recorded by a metal detector. Despite the efforts of the volunteers, it was impossible to retract and remain immersed in the sludge of the marsh. Police was informed by the show about the findings.
The legal representative of the siblings of Graikos Nikos Dialinas, in his telephone conversation with the show, said:
“Police is officially organizes a major operation in the next few days to search the entire marsh. The fact that a nearby camera records the latest Graiko’s stigma, enhances the chances that the corpse and the car are there.

The testimony in the “Tunnel” meant an alarm
The investigation was started by a testimony on the show. The woman had not talked for so long because she believed the area had been investigated.

Maria Matziari, a resident of Antoliko, whose testimony was the occasion for the new investigations, was in the swamp. She referred to the day in question when she noticed the unknown car moving suspiciously on the road leading to the marsh. She was so impressed that she took her binoculars to see better and found that two people were in the car. She did not see if anyone went down and threw something in the swamp, but it does not rule out that it happened in the ten minutes that the car was lost from her visual field.
Following the revelations of the show, the police contacted the witness to testify what she had seen.
“I wanted with my testimony to help relatives find the man. I felt it was my duty to do it, “the witness said.
Graikos car is in the swamp?
Nikos Graikos told “Tunnel” that his brother used to change clothes in his house before going to his livestock unit.
“Perhaps something could be found on the shirt which was found in the swamp, something that can be identified with Dimitris clothes…” he stressed.
“The guys found something in there. We cannot yet know what it is. I hope it is the car … I don’t know what to say … We are in despair … “he said excitedly.
The head of OFKATH’s research team, Christos Ramos, told Tunnel that the special detector was able to locate a large metallic object at the bottom but could not be lifted due to weight.
“It is half-sunk in the mud and its one end protrudes. It could be sheet metal from a car. Until we find a way to lift it the spot will be guarded by members of our team, “he said.
