Governor of Tennessee Bill Haslam, anointed journalist “Goodwill Ambassador” for her valuable work in combative journalism and her great social contribution over the years.
The journalist who is particularly popular to Greek Americans received in the “Tunnel” studio from the Priest Mr. Theodore Kyritsi of Greek Orthodox Metropolis of Atlanta, the Honorary parchment which is bearing the golden seal and the signature of the Governor.
After the award Angeliki Nikolouli thanked Hellenism of Tennessee for this distinction.
She stressed that at the first opportunity will travel to the United States to thank personally the Governor of Tennessee, Mr. Bill Haslam for this honor and also meet the expatriates who are supporting for so many years with their volunteer searches of our fellow human beings in Tunnel.
