The Prosecutor after the pleadings submitted by the paternal family of the unfortunate Nikos Mentzos ordered conducting preliminary examination.
He called his widow, who is accused of the crime of harboring a criminal, for written explanations on Monday, April 4th. Escorting her lawyer presented at the Prosecution of Agrinio and using its rights took two days. On April 7 the lawyer filed her memorandum.
She says she is unfairly attacked and reserves in bringing any legal right.
