New testimonies that saw the light of day, both for the accused and for the father of the missing children, caused a sensation.
The show was left to Georgina’s paintings, which she brought to light and they came under the Investigator’s microscope. What other people said, who had seen her paint shortly before the opposition and anything but bright were the colors she used.
The professor of pharmacology at AUTh. Chrysanthi Sardeli, referred to the new cycle of research, which begins with the toxicology laboratory for the causes of death of Malena and Iris.
“Sample analysis in toxicology usually takes from a week to a month, sometimes a little longer if further analysis and confirmation of the results are needed. “In the case of older deaths, the process is a bit more complicated, as some other steps will have to be taken so that the samples stored in formalin or paraffin can undergo some procedures in order to be used,” he stressed.
“We are in a happy position in Thessaloniki and with the assistance of the Region that bought us this famous mass spectrometer to do analyzes and find substances in small quantities” said Chrysanthi Sardeli, explaining that they can research up to 500 times more than other machines .
What worries Manos and has been isolated…
Angeliki Nikolouli talked to a friend of the father of the missing children from Patras. What he said to her was revealing.

Research is slow…
The investigation into the case of the dead children continues at a slow pace. Roula Pispirigou, the “mother” of the three girls, is in pre-trial detention in Korydallos court for the murder of her 9-year-old daughter, Georgina, and is trying to get her released.
The investigation that has been opened, is evolving in collaboration of the Prosecutor’s Office with the Department of Crimes against Life, for the death of the youngest girls, Malena and Iris.
The genetic test has been completed with negative results. There have been no similarly thorough toxicological analyzes for Malena and Iris in the past, as in the case of Georgina, which brought to light the administration of the lethal amount of ketamine. The plates with the samples that had been kept by her younger sisters, will be examined by the competent laboratories of the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki.
Respectively, new histological examinations will be performed in the laboratory of the University of Athens on the samples that will be delivered from Ioannina for the case of Iris. The child’s organs have also been preserved, as the medical examiner of Patras, Mr. Tsiola, informed the authorities, which were also requested for more valid results. For Malena, the samples and the instruments are from the autopsy in the specific laboratory that had made their first analysis.
From the new laboratory procedure, answers are likely to emerge for the common forensic finding that Malena and Georgina had, that is, the liver lesions that in the case of Malena, were much larger.
The cloth that had been found in the cradle of Iris, has been handed over as evidence to the Homicide Department of Attica Security and from there it has been given to the Forensic Laboratories of EL.AS. for analysis. The material found on it, in combination with the rest of the laboratory results, may give an overall picture of the mechanism of death of the unfortunate infant.
When these thorough laboratory analyzes are completed and answers are obtained, they will be handed over to the two medical examiners, Nikos Karakoukis and Nikos Kalogrias, appointed by the prosecutor for the new round of investigations ordered. They in turn will compile their finding and submit it to the Crimes against Life Department. The experienced police officers continue their pre-investigation work while receiving testimonies from the doctors of the two children and relatives.
At the same time, the main interrogation by the Investigator for the case of Georgina’s murder is underway. The medical examiner Sotiris Bouzianis, who necropsied the 9-year-old girl, is expected to deliver his official report to the Homicide and from there it will be given to the Investigator.
Regarding Georgina, it is now clear from the laboratory analysis that the lethal dose of 6.5 mg / ml of blood with the substance ketamine was given. It was found in pure form, as is usually the case in its pharmaceutical form, not mixed with other substances. Experts point out that ketamine in its pure form is also available in illegal sources, from which one can obtain it.
For Georgina’s case, so far no hair has been asked for analysis from her hair found in the family home. A special laboratory test is required for their analysis.
As part of the thorough investigation to fully clarify the case, he has been appointed by the Investigator as an expert and child psychologist who will analyze the paintings of Georgina brought to light by the “Tunnel”. These were the paintings that the mother herself gave to Angeliki Nikolouli, when she asked her to. It is believed that the expert will unlock what the child may have wanted to say about his mother and what was happening in their home and he was afraid to express himself directly about them.
