Athanasios Papatheodorou, brother of Sifis Valyrakis’ wife, crossed the threshold of the Supreme Court at noon on Friday, May 14. He filed a lawsuit against any responsible Prosecutor as well as any other pre-investigation officer handling the case for criminal abuse of power and breach of duty.
In a statement, Mr. Papatheodorou states that after the testimony of the second eyewitness, who initially spoke to “Tunnel”, the perpetrators are known to the authorities and have been named.
“Despite these developments, the competent authorities are provocatively slowing down, something that results in the loss or risk of losing critical evidence and data,” said Mr. Papatheodorou.
