Bavar Hama Salih, 24, was spotted by a passing driver on Saturday afternoon on January 25 on Attica Road by bicycle at the E 45th kilometer.
Relatives of the 24-year-old man identified him when they saw the Silver Alert and contacted authorities.
After the formal procedures, Bavar returned to the safety of his family environment .
