The mother of Vangelis Fragoulis was vindicated by the death court

The Death Investigator leaves open the investigation into the causes of death of Vangelis Fragoulis in Limassol, Cyprus, in the absence of other evidence and orders further investigation to shed light on the circumstances of the young man’s death.

The competent death court would decide whether the death of the Hellenic Vice-Captain of the Merchant Navy Vangelis Fragoulis, 29 years old, was a suicide or a criminal act.

The mother of the victim had presented through “Tunnel” her claims in favor of the version of the criminal action and the camera of “Tunnel” traveled to Cyprus and carried out a relevant investigation.

The young man was found dead with a knife stuck in his chest, sitting in the driver’s seat of his car, in his garage, in October 2020.

During the death trial, serious omissions in the investigation were revealed, which resulted in the loss of valuable time, as well as evidence that would shed light on the exact circumstances of his death, as well as diametrically different findings from the two coroners.

The mother of the deceased young man, who was never convinced that her son committed suicide, was vindicated, as the competent Death Investigator was not convinced of this either and leaves the case open for further investigation which will be called upon to provide the answers.
