Thanks to the observation of a citizen who had seen his photo on the Silver Alert search poster, the adventure of an elderly man from Salamina had a happy end.
Lavrentios Papadas was found wandering a few hours after his disappearance in Aiantio region.
The 72-year-old, after the necessary procedures, returned to the safety of his family.
Papadas, who faces health problems, was lost on the morning of Tuesday, November 13, when he left his house in Paloukia to go to a nearby church. As the hours passed and he did not return, his wife worried and alerted the Authorities.
For his disappearance he had been issued Silver Alert.
