A citizen who had seen Silver Alert, recognized Christos Gentsos 84 year old, wandering in a park in Toumba area and informed the Authorities.
The elderly who suffers from Alzheimer’s had visited with his wife his doctor for his regular weekly appointment on Wednesday 13 September. After his examination he was left for a while alone in the waiting room and without being seen by anyone, left to an unknown direction.

Thanks to the immediate activation of the Social Alarm, the elderly who was lost in Thessaloniki was found a few hours after his disappearance.
