The “mother” of the three unfortunate girls, is accused of homicide by intention in a calm state of mind in a row.
First District Prosecutors Antonis Eleftherianos and Apostolos Andreou, who had taken over the case, completed their investigation into the deaths of the two youngest girls, Malena and Iris. They ruled that there are serious indications that Roula Pispirigou, who is already in custody for the murder and the attempted murder of 9-year-old Georgina, has also taken the lives of her other two children.
The forensic report drawn up by two of the country’s leading medical examiners, N. Karakoukis and N. Kalogrias, played a decisive role in bringing the new charges against her, who concluded that the girls’ death was suffocation.
The fact that both murderous acts, according to the prosecutors, took place while she was present, which had also happened in Georgina’s case, served as an aggravating factor for the accused.
