The parents of the student who was found dead in Kalymnos six days after his disappearance filed a lawsuit against unknown man for the murder of their son.
Nikos Hadjipavlou’s 21-year-old parents question the Coroner’s finding that the unlucky young man has lost his life by falling from a rock.
Previously, the Public Prosecutor in Kos had rejected the family’s request for a new necropsy by a technical advisor to be appointed. Their lawyer Yannis Glykas filed an appeal and a new request to the Prosecutor of Appeals of Rhodes.
Until there is a new decision, Nikos’ funeral cannot take place.
