He is 51 years old Giannis Makridakis, who has been missing since Monday 26 February, from his house in Gerakas.
His disappearance was perceived by his parents who are taking care of him. Since then he has not given any signs of life.
Giannis, who is required to receive his medication, has height of about 1.70.
When he got lost, he wore blue waterproof jacket, jeans pants, knitted crimson blouse, athletic gray cardigan and black armbands.
The Social Alarm for him is made public after order of Greek Police.
