Minors and grandfather were convicted for Alex’s death

In February 2009, the two Greek children (siblings), the Romanian, the Albanian, and the Northern Epirot who all lived in Veria where the crime was committed, sat in the dock in a trial that lasted four months and examined over 100 witnesses.

The charge for the five minors of the murderous group found guilty by the Thessaloniki Juvenile Juvenile Court was the felony of unplanned physical, fatal injury, and the death of a dead man.

The main reporter and journalist of  “Tunnel” Angeliki Nikolouli, who testified all the serious elements of her many years of research, was the main witness.

Remediation measures
Minors under Greek law were enforced to reforming measures. For both Greek children, the court has decided to imprison the Volos minority education center until they reach the age of majority and attend a program at the Mental Health Center in the area. Albanian and Romanian were sentenced to the custody of the ministry of Veroia and to Northern Athens in Athens, where he moved after the threats that he accepted to revoke his testimony, something he never did. The eldest brother of the Greeks, who also sat in the dock, the court found him guilty of a false alien deposition and a felony criminal.
The prosecutor’s office referring to each minor separately said:

For a Greek boy, that the moral code he has is that the evil for him is being treated with violence. For his brother he said he believes violence is a common situation. For his talking in his sleep the fateful night, he was told that they had caused the events he had lived with Alex. For Romanian, he said his credibility is greatly influenced by his interests. The Albanian was described  as unreliable, vulnerable, depending on the rest of the company. For the Northern Epirot he said he is credible in his information and descriptions.

Five years after the assassination and disappearance of Alex’s corpse, Justice struck a new “bell” on one of the leaders of the “company” in Veria.

He is the grandfather of the two Greek brothers who, according to the revelations of  “Tunnel”  the other members of the children’s gang, was involved in the thriller of the unfortunate 11-year-old student, Alex Meshichvili.

The Three-Member Criminal Court of Thessaloniki sentenced him in March 2011 to 4 years and 6 months imprisonment for serial infantry and for continuous witness martyrdom. The court did not recognize him as a mitigator and decided that the sentence would be appealing and redeemable.
