According to her lawyer Sakis Kechagioglou, the accused observed the right to silence and did not answer any questions of the Investigator.
With the consent of himself and the Prosecutor, she was taken to prison on charges of attempted murder and disobedience.
They allegedly thought that if she remained free, she could escape the country or repeat the crime.
“My client was not able to apologize because of her physical and psychological condition. She exercised her right to silence and asked to apologize at a next stage”, said Mr. Kehagioglou.
