Shortly after 10 am the President of the Court asked Mr. Vassilis and Spyros Robotis to stop asking the same questions at the police man , as he had completed his testimony. They began to shout with intense style and refer to “trial-parody.”
The scenes that followed were unprecedented.
Despite the recommendations of the Presiden tthe defense lawyers continued the intensity and as a result the two lawyers were expelled from the hall with police escort!
Then r the accused asked the exception of the Chair once again. Something similar had happened a few days ago despite the fact that she had declared that she trusts the judges.
The civil action lawyer reacted saying that the oral application is not lawful and asked her to respect the law and the justice.
“We can not talk about trust in the judiciary, when constantly she submit requests for the exception of the Chair” he said.
The Court adjourned the proceedings to file down the request of Dimitra Voulgari, something that did not happen.
The same scene was set and immediately after thetestimony of Angeliki Nikolouli at the beginning of the trial. Then she had asked another judge to look the accused request for exemption of the Chair, but eventually was rejected and the trial continued with the same composition.
