Evangelia disappeared on Friday August 19 from the Care Unit where she was staying, in Paiana.
The Silver Alert service, on Sunday, August 21, received a call to find her. The 64-year-old was found wandering in the area of Paiana and is safe and sound.
A Silver Alert had been issued for her disappearance.
