On Friday afternoon September 23 her mother escort her at Rethimno Police Department. Antonia eight year old, is in good health and will return in Chania, at the house of her grandmother from her fathers side, who has her custody.
The story of little Antonia hides a family tragedy.
This is a case of violation of judicial decision on custody of the child. The mother took the child from Chania and went to her parents house in Rethimno. The Court held that because the mother is allegedly a drug addict, it would be better for the child to be removed from this environment and gave custody of the other grandmother.
From her side, the mother of the child talks for unjust judgment, as the father of the little girl is vanished.
Justice will solve the case.
