The 15 year old schoolgirl from the area of Ano Patissia is back to her family.
After five days of searches, one woman recognised Helen Triantafyllou in a park in Nea Philadelphia and immediately alerted the Smile of the Child and the Police.
The 15-year old was missing since Friday, 12th of July.
