Her car veered off course at the height of Panagia Faneromeni Doridos, on the Antirrio-Itea National Highway and fell off an eight meter high bridge. The driver, who was not wearing a seat belt, was thrown and killed.
According to the results of the expert opinion carried out at the local police station, where her vehicle was taken, nothing that could be considered suspicious was found. There was no sabotage or damage. The experts are those appointed by the State, as no technical advisor has currently been appointed from the family’s side.
Passing drivers in the same and opposite traffic stream, who reported to the authorities, noticed that the car was moving at low speed in a straight line and was gradually leaving the road. Some speculated that the woman may have fallen asleep at the wheel.
The autopsy did not show that there was any sudden pathological cause and the results of the toxicology tests are awaited.
