According to an announcement from the organization Emilia M. 14 years old is in a safe place in her country of origin in Bulgaria and the procedures had already started for her return to Greece.
The “Smile of the Child” as a member of the European Missing Children Europe (MCE) cross-border community briefed all partners to look for the minor on a European scale. After close cooperation with the authorities and the Children Bulgary Organization in the neighboring country, Emilia was found after two weeks.
She was lost on Sunday 31 March from Plagiari area of Thessaloniki.
