The tormented Greek man from Ohio who had been missing for eight months and there were fears for his life was found by police on Sunday morning, December 22, to be homeless in Omonia.
Christos Neratzoulis, who had been deported from America, where he lived, was lost to the Lower Gouves of Heraklion, where he had found refuge with his brother.
Last May, without saying a word to anyone, he wore his good suit and was lost.
The 50-year-old Christos has lived in the last few years with the dream of returning to America near his young son, but that was impossible.
Police in Crete alerted his brother, who thanked the “Tunnel” for helping to locate the sensitive Christos.
