These developments, nine months after the death of unfortunate Nikos Hadjipavlou, caused the reaction of his relatives.
“Three necropsy reports were made, which resulted in different conclusions,” they said in their statements.
The student’s family complains that to date they have not been called to testify “key” – witnesses in the case and that some do not want the truth to come to light.
The relevant file has already been forwarded to the Chief Prosecutor of Appeals in Rhodes.

Nikos Hadjipavlou, 21, went to Kalymnos to visit his family. At noon on Sunday, November 19, he left with his brother’s bicycle for a walk and disappeared.
At night he had not yet returned, his parents notified the police and signaled an alarm. The bike was located the same day in the rough area of Prophet Elias. After six days of research, Nikos was found dead in the Laga area, two hundred meters from the point where the bicycle was left.
