They finally said “YES” for a second necropsy

After two consecutive appeals of the family to the Prosecutor’s Office and corresponding rejections, there was a positive outcome.

New overturning in the  thriller of the case of Kalymnos with the death of the student of the Polytechnic, Nikos Hadjipavlou 21 years old.

The family, through their lawyer Yannis Glykas, was simultaneously turned to the Prosecutor’s Office of Appeals in Rhodes and on Friday, December 8, received the approval from the Prosecutor’s Office of the Court of Appeal for a second necropsy.

This will be carried out by a new forensic judge appointed by the state and will be present technical adviser from the family side.

The relevant document has already been sent to the Police Department of Kalymnos and the Prosecutor’s Office and the procedure for the new necropsy will be followed.
