“No” by the Prosecutor for a new necropsy

Τhe Prosecutor of Kos decided not carry out a new necropsy for the unlucky student who lost his life in Kalymnos.

The Prosecutor has reportedly held that Panos Kotretsos’s forensic report, which attributes the student’s death to an accident, was complete and there is no evidence of a criminal act.

Meanwhile, the parents of the unfortunate student, through their attorney Yiannis Glika, filed a lawsuit against unidentified for intentionally murder.

The Prosecutor is expected to decide.

“The family has a lot of evidence but mostly has a lot of questions, which are unanswered and no one can answer them. The place where the child was found is in a curved line from the space that fell, which means he could not be found there. If the research was not focused on this point and no precious time was lost, perhaps the child would live, ” Mr Glykas said, among other things.
