The developments in the highly acclaimed case of abduction and murder of Marios Papageorgiou are rapid.
On Wednesday, May 10, the acting police officer and one of the two sons of the “mastermind” allegedly involved in the case, voluntarily appeared with his lawyer before the Investigator. He entered an appearance and received a summons to plead in the case, facing the same serious charge as the first two arrested.
On Friday, the two arrested, members of the first group of the “mastermind”, are expected to give their apologies, accused of homicide by intent in a calm state of mind as an accomplice and kidnapping as an accomplice.
Three more warrants are expected, for the total of eight people involved in the same group who allegedly participated in the abduction and murder of Marios Papageorgiou, in August 2012.
